Tamarind - Holland America Eurodam

Another view.  This was by far the best meal we had on the ship.  In fact, we ate here two nights and each night I had this dish.

Tamarind Chocolate or Chocolate Tamarind.  Whatever it was properly called on the menu doesn't really matter because it simply was one of the best chocolate desserts I've had in a long time.  It was like a richer chocolate mousse that was super creamy and smooth and served in a chocolate bowl with a medley of fresh berries.

Another view of the chocolate perfection.  According the menu it was a tamarind and chile flavored chocolate and ginger mousse.  It was 100% chocolate according to my taste buds.
