This was one of the stops on our whirlwind visit to St. Petersburg, Russia. We saw so much in two days, but this was definitely a highlight. The beauty inside the church brought tears to my eyes because of the details all around us. We have seen some of the most beautiful buildings and churches throughout Europe, but this one is truly at the top of the list. All of the murals inside were mosaics. There are supposedly more mosaics in this church than in any other church in the world.
